Shipping & Delivery

Where is my package?

We will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order in the order overview and in your customer account.

Please note that
Due to high shipping volumes, e.g. at Christmas, DHL's promised delivery times may be slightly delayed!

Please check the tracking information to see if the package has been left with a neighbor. If it hasn't been left with a neighbor and the shipping status hasn't changed in 5 days, please contact us! You can find our contact information below.

What happens if I am not there on the first delivery attempt?

If the courier doesn't find you, you can use the tracking information to see whether your package was left with a neighbor or at a branch, for example. In some cases, a second delivery attempt will be made.

How long does shipping take?

Your order should arrive within 1-3 days!

How do I return an item?

Would you like to return items from your order? No problem! Simply fill out the form at the link below. Once you've notified us of your return, we'll review it and provide you with a free return label.

When does the return period end?

You can return your ordered items within 30 days. Personalized items made especially for you are excluded from this return policy.

How does the refund of my purchase amount work?

After inspecting your return, we will promptly refund the amount using the payment method you previously selected. For some payment providers, this process may take 1-3 business days.

Does the return cost anything?

If you don't like the product, you will unfortunately have to bear the return costs yourself!

Change or cancel order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately! In most cases, we can change your order until 1:30 PM the following day!

We need the following information from you if you have ordered the wrong product:

  • Order number
  • Name of the wrong product
  • Right product

We need the following information from you if you would like to change your address:

  • Order number
  • Previous address details
  • New / Correct Address

We need the following information from you if you want to cancel an order:

  • Order number

Unfortunately, we can't always guarantee that the change can still be made. However, we'll do our best!

Received wrong item

Did you receive the wrong item instead of the one you ordered? Or did you receive an additional item you didn't order? Please contact us using the contact form below. Provide us with your order number and the incorrect item. We'll be happy to take care of it.
